  • Overview

    Your role will ensure effective management of HR administrative functions, timely payroll processing and maintenance of HR information and providing basic HR support and advice.



    • Coordination and management of the entire payroll function.
    • Process external data including commissions within the payroll function.
    • Manage employee paperwork including contracts, letters, and other notifications.
    • Assist with People Projects when required.
    • Coordinate with immigration for employment pass application.
    • To act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
    • To assist training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees and applying for HRDF.
    • Assist with company activities or events that fall outside payroll timeline periods.
    • Insurance management for claims, enrolment or termination and payment.
    • Administration of HR files and report when required adhering to the GDPR
    • Any other duties as and when required subject to core duty timelines.


    • Proven experience in payroll.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
    • Trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to work and engage well with people.
