    Consulting Sales (Professional Services)


    This is a newly created position where you will be responsible for the engagement and sales lead generation of Sage’s consulting services to our existing Payroll and HRIS user base. With a key focus initially on engagement with active clients who are yet to engage with this Consulting recently. The role will evolve to proactively penetrate our existing data base with various service offerings and work closely with our digital marketing and consulting teams.  


    This is a great opportunity to work a manager who has doubled his team’s sales revenue over the last 2 years. Leveraging off this success Sage will invest to ensure this position will grow and evolve.


    • Deliver revenue performance and operational outcomes in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics
    • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Manager, Customer Success, including risk and opportunity analysis
    • Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively liaising with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support
    •  Maintain and optimise the software support & maintenance administration processes and systems
    • Correctly and fully use business systems and platforms, e.g. CRM, lead discovery
    •   Deliver against operations business plan to ensure that performance metrics are met for your assigned customer segment
    •    Maintain methods of monitoring customer success, including early warning system
    •    Other duties as required from time to time.

    • 2 years experience working in an organisation solution selling or account management


    1. Experience in a recruitment role
    2. Experience in a sales role or solution selling
    3. Software experience, HRIS or Payroll
