  • Overview

    To drive sales of Sage 50 Cloud APAC, the cloud connected accounting solution for start up and small businesses that will be launched in Malaysia in FY19. The Inside Sales Rep – Sage 50 Cloud APAC is responsible for following cold calling the lapsed UBS customers to get them to convert from either UBS or a competitor accounting solution, over the phone.


    • Meet daily call KPIs and sales targets
    • Actively track and follow up of leads over the phone
    • Nurture leads to result in sales through understanding of customers’ needs and challenges using Sage’s solutions
    • Demonstrate solutions and presentations via Skype or other videoconferencing systems; explain features, advantages and benefits and position the value proposition
    • Drive timely resolution of users’ issues during trial period if any, by working with the Customer Service team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Handover new customers to existing partners


    • At least Diploma in IT or business management
    • At least 3 years of Malaysia and ASEAN software sales experience
    • Experience in selling business/financial software and technology services
    • Experience in cold calling and lead development
    • Must be advocate of cloud solutions
    • Experience in business software selling into the startups and SMEs
    • Have field sales experience
