    Your role as a Creative Director/Copywriter, APAC is a key leadership role. You will be responsible for the development and execution of creative strategies and programs, including look and feel across all Australia/Asia marketing, media, and programs associated with the organization. The perfect candidate is a natural born leader, capable of inspiring internal teams with visionary thinking and persuasive, dynamic presentation skills, while simultaneously building relationships with key executive stakeholders within the APAC region.




    • Creative leadership and direction inspiring award-winning level creative strategies, concepts, and solutions
    • Manage and mentor creative services team by clearly communicating campaign concepts, design principles, color development, video and photography vision
    • Skilled, confident, persuasive communicator, capable of presenting to all levels, from CMO to colleagues and customers at events
    • Create content for awareness programs, high-level campaigns, event materials, marcom deliverables –
    • Partner with local and global Brand Planners and marketing teams on briefs, creative development, and execution of awareness marketing programs
    • Produce and develop visually compelling presentation materials that strategically explain Sage’s positioning, brand, and product benefits to customers across all channels
    • Help drive the brand strategy for Sage products, services, events and partnerships for the region
    • Guide team development with effective coaching, fostering leadership through team engagement, and inculcating a brand-centric approach to creativity


    • Seasoned creative director with 10+ years leadership, management and marketing skills within both SMB and Enterprise-facing, product-centric organizations or advertising agencies
    • Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to creative excellence
    • Demonstrated experience establishing a brand vision and effective strategy that achieves brand health and operational objectives, meeting client needs while maximizing revenue and profitability
    • Established experience in brand management, direct response program management; creative team management, project management; relationship management
    • Advanced knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, brand design and business-to-business (B2B) communications planning, establishing graphic standards, crafting targeted messaging, identifying personal-based branding, overseeing corporate identity and managing creative services
