  • Overview

    Your role as a People Services Specialist is to ensure effective management of HR administrative functions, timely maintenance of HR information and providing basic HR support and advice.


    This part-time opportunity would suit someone with superior administation and organisational skills.



    • Handle basic to moderate queries, referring to the People Business Partner where appropriate
    • Support payroll manager responding to basic payroll queries
    • Generate standard employment contracts and letters of offer and distribute resulting documentation
    • Coordinate WHS committee, implement and manage WHS for company nationally
    • Assist managers in the development and implementation of training and development for staff
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Facilitate and assist managers with recruitment procedures and employment procedures, including reference checking
    • Undertake and analyse exit interviews for departing staff


    • Proven experience in exposure to payroll environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and all levels
    • Superior administration and organisational skills
    • Experience in implementing company policies and procedures
    • High degree of written, oral communication, and organisational skills
    • High degree of confidentiality
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Experience with recruitment and selection
