    Your role as a Sales Operations Consultant will be responsible for the completion of administrative duties post-sale of Sage products and software, ensuring smooth product fulfilment and high levels of client satisfaction.

    This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in Sales operations.


    • Manage processes for new software licence agreements and terms and conditions and changes for existing customers, liaising and negotiating with customers regarding options and consulting with internal departments
    • Ensure amendments to customer configuration files and activation keys are completed and recorded in the appropriate systems/databases in a timely manner, and ensuring de-activations are completed as requested
    • Ensure that sales software orders are fulfilled accurately and by deadline,  liaising with other internal departments, Business Partners and Customers as required to manage subscription and rental orders
    • Manage software licensing mailbox and processes for license keys effectively, ensuring new keys are issued correctly and amendments to existing keys are logged accurately and in a timely manner
