Based on the success and growth of our specialist Payroll Recruitment team, we are looking to appoint an experienced Accounting and Finance Recruitment Consultant.
Your role with our point of difference to our (Recruitment) competitors being that we only supply staff to the companies using Sage’s software. It’s a unique ecosystem where we already have strong relationships in place due to clients using our software and recruitment being a value add service. All calls are warm, and we are constantly given leads and referrals from Account Managers, BDM’s and Channel Partners.
Your role requires an experience A&F recruitment consultant, who understand the industry and role types, and you will be willing to fill both Permanent and Contract Recruitment. You will be a great communicator and negotiator and be driven to succeed and grow. Pivotal to the success is winning in the market place but equally important will be your ability to build strong internal relationships, as this will give you knowledge on our clients.
