    Sales Operations Analyst Role

    This role will provide support to Sales leadership team in project managing all aspects of sales reporting and analytics and generating key insights for the business. This role will work closely with other Sales Operations Analysts, and key stakeholders across the sales and Go to market (GTM) functions.


    • Work closely with senior sales leadership and the Dir of Sales Operations to:

                      -project manage sales performance reporting and analytics

                      -uncover insights to support ongoing performance and key initiatives

                      -simplify sales and sales operations systems and tools

    • Drive the automation of key data gathering and analysis tasks
    • Backup to Sales Ops Analyst for compensation and quota
    • Work with departments across functional areas and business units to identify best practices. Work to remove any operational/organizational barriers that may impede success of the team 
    • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company           


    • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or similar              
    • 3+ years of prior sales or finance support, or business intelligence                
    • Advanced expertise in Excel and Report creation/generation             
    • Prior experience with process, policies, and procedures development
    • Prior experience in data analysis, insight generation and communication
    • Background and interest in lean, system/process continuous improvement will be highly regarded
    • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Quantitative data analysis background
