  • Overview

    Support the Help Desk team by logging emails from both payroll product email inboxes into CRM, follow process to refer emails as necessary. Log overflow phone calls in the CRM as necessary.

    Responsibilities

    • Timely response and management of logging emails.
    • Liaise with team members as necessary.
    • Respond to customers as necessary.
    • Other duties as required from time to time

    Qualifications

    • Strong organisational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines
    • Detailed in approach to tasks.
    • Strong customer focus and a positive attitude
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Providing exceptional customer service
    • Experience in working within a highly process driven environment
