  • Overview

    Your role will be supporting the Consulting team by coordinating the team rosters, managing the pre and post assignment documentation, etc.


    • Manage bookings for Single Touch Payroll and End Of Financial Year appointments.
    • Phoning clients and offering suitable services, and securing work
    • Prepare consulting reports for clients
    • Timely response and management of all consulting leads
    • Manage client enquiries covering areas such as consulting bookings/cancellations and confirmations
    • Managing Consultants Calenders/bookings
    • Other duties as required from time to time


    Must have:

    • Strong organisational skills
      Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines
      Detailed in approach to tasks.
      Excel Skills
      Strong customer focus and a positive attitude
      Good communication and interpersonal skills
      Proactive approach to maximising revenue whilst providing exceptional customer service



    • Business related tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential
      Experience in working within a highly process driven environment
      Sales experience (CRM)
      Payroll knowledge
