    Partner Certification Program Lead

    Dublin, Newcastle or London


    Now is the time to join Sage. 2018 is set to bring remarkable change and a greater emphasis on partner engagement. The Partner Certification Program Lead will work closely with internal teams (Partner Managers) and Learning Services to drive adoption of Sage Certification worldwide. It’ll be your job to ensure that Partners Managers work closely with their partners to pursue, attain and maintain their certifications.


    This is a management role with international reach and huge development opportunities. You’ll work alongside the Sage Certification Program Manager and supporting team, communicating the Partner requirements to the Learning Services Team. This is where strategy and enablement come fully into play, and where you can influence the final score. Your key responsibilities will include:


    • Supporting the implementation of a worldwide Partner Certification Program;
    • Championing the Partner viewpoint in the strategic direction of the certification program;
    • Developing content for certification newsletters and other vehicles to ensure effective marketing of the program;
    • Maintaining regular program communication with certified Partners;
    • Encouraging partners through the certification process – ensuring completion, driving adoption and increasing the number of certified consultants.

    • Extensive experience working in a corporate technology environment;
    • A background that is reflective of communicating with, and handling, partners;
    • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment;
    • Experience managing a partner related program in a sales, marketing or educational capacity.
