Your role as a Payroll Implementation consultant is to deliver high quality consulting services that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. Furthermore, your role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients in line with the Client Management strategies of Sage and maximize revenue opportunities.
Successfully Implement payroll solution applications using implementation models within pre-determined budgets and timelines, and analysing client business requirements for optimal configuration of systems and databases
Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively reporting on progress and issues, and liaising with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support
Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge
Software Implementation Experience
Experience working with Payroll, Awards, Agreements and Fairwork Payroll Standards
Exceptional customer service ethic
Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised
Ability to perceive and assess customer Payroll and Human Resources software and support requirements
Location: Brisbane preferred (open for Sydney or Melbourne)
