Your role will work closely with the Accountants team across customer accounts to achieve sales performance metrics and KPIs. Delivers the operational plan activities to achieve the business revenue goal, ensuring strong working relations and high levels of client service are consistently maintained.


  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Director - Accountants, including risk and opportunity analysis
  • Proactively encourage growth and development of opportunities within a defined base of customers, maximising all cross-sell opportunities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous process improvement in relation to standards and procedures, to ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels
  • Ensure customers are aware of all new product releases, offers and incentives, utilising marketing materials and drawing on relevant issues from the wider market place
  • Provide effective sales support to internal and external customers, taking responsibility for maintaining own product and procedural knowledge, and providing accurate pricing and information across the range of products
  • Maximise sales conversion ratios in line with business expectations by generating new business referrals and effectively managing sales pipeline
  • Support Director - Accountants to deliver initiatives outlined in annual operating plan
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with other key internal stakeholders


Must have:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience of complex/technical product and/or solution sales
  • Strong understanding of technology based sales solutions
  • Demonstrated success with key account management and building relationships with customers
  • Results orientated and highly organised
  • Self-motivated driven to succeed
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Highly autonomous with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Track record of high performance in channel sales environment
  • Ability to confidently and clearly articulate complex business solutions
  • Successful track record of new customer acquisition and conversion
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure and at different levels


  • Previous experience working with ERP/ business solutions software
  • Previous experience as an Accountant or working in an internal finance team
  • Previous experience working in a technology organisation
