Within this role you’ll become a payroll hero by getting it right every time for our customers!


Our Payroll software is used by over half of UK businesses to submit their payroll to HMRC, its Hassle-free payroll for small to medium businesses with 5 - 500 employees.


Even though our payroll software is easy to use, customers might need a helping hand now and then. You will become part of a market-leading support team where you will enable our customers to succeed by advising them on how to get the most out of their current product and other software and services that may save them time and money. This expert support will be provided by phone, email or live chat. 


This is a great opportunity working from our office in North Park Gosforth on a Fixed Term Contract. Successful candidates will go through an intensive learning experience - so don’t worry we’ll make sure that you are fully supported in your role, permanent roles may be available for those that have the customer at the centre of everything they do, are ambitious and are up for a challenge.





Who we're looking for

  • You’ll need to have great questioning and trouble shooting skills in order to gain a full understanding of the query to ultimately resolve their problem.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident in using IT systems and have a passion for technology
  • Previous technical support experience is desirable
  • Working towards targets which include customer service, personal performance and the generation of sales leads which truly benefits our customers.
