To develop and lead a Sales team to deliver operational goals and an exceptional customer experience by building, developing and managing performance of Enterprise Senior Account Managers selling  Mid Enterprise Business Management Solutions.

  • Acquire, develop, lead, manage and motivate your Sales team to deliver operational goals, service commitments to customers and an exceptional customer experience
  • Coach and develop the knowledge, skills and experience of individuals and your team to improve quality and effectiveness, promoting continuous learning and development
  • Take full, end to end accountability for the performance of your team, ensuring that customer needs are met
  • Inspire and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation being especially effective at managing behavioural and organisational change.
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with all key stakeholders in Sage.
  • Manage through SMART objectives, performance metrics and MI to a team of people & use relevant supporting measuring tools
  • Deliver on the Sales Strategy & the level of performance your team needs to deliver
  • Respect and apply Company Policies and Procedures taking appropriate courses of action when required
  • Demonstrate and enable teamwork within Enterprise Management and wider Sage
  • Demonstrate and drive Forecast accountability and predictability using Salesforce as the ‘single version of truth’.
