Sage is currently seeking a process driven Marketing Automation Infrastructure Manager with proven experience of developing and supporting best in class Eloqua to salesforce marketing technology stacks for a 12 month maternity cover.


This position will oversee the global governance of the campaign and automation process including lead routing, lead scoring, legal compliance, and the migration from legacy systems to global processes.

This person will be a thought leader on maximizing effectiveness of the Eloqua and Salesforce systems.


The ideal candidate will partner with global and regional marketing leaders to promote a center of excellence providing the technology, processes, and best practices to optimize marketing campaign deployment. A close partnership with the Marketing Automation and Campaign Implementation team will be needed to ensure that campaign performance is highly effective.


Sensitivity to global/local requirements and perspectives along with transparency are critical success factors for this role.


  • Being an Eloqua power user for the rest of the organization as it relates to technical know-how of the marketing automation platform.
  • Working as a member of the global marketing operations organization to ensure marketing best practices and processes are fully adopted in country, and that systems integrate and synchronize well with the CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Owning the development, training, and support of marketing tools, governance, and implementation across all regions.
  • Ensuring standardized processes are being followed by the marketing automation team.
  • Manage, develop, and implement process improvements, identify and eliminate process bottlenecks that inhibit lead processing time.
  • Assisting with the development and roll-out of the company-wide GDPR compliance program


  • Experience in supporting global campaign deployment and optimization using latest marketing techniques and technology.
  • Clear and frequent communicator with internal teams with the ability to gain buy in and alignment.
  • Extremely organized, able to prioritize many projects across regional and global teams.
  • Independent working and decision-making skills; strong sense of initiative.
  • Experience in Marketing or Marketing Systems.
  • Advanced technical skills in Eloqua.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Holds an Eloqua Product Master or Eloqua Luminary certification (or similar).
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution.

This role can be based in any of our offices or from home
