Join us in our new Sage IT Global delivery centre in POLAND!


Do you have a good understanding of database, operating system and integration? Are you ready to build your knowledge of enterprise software administration? Do you want to be one of the first to join our global delivery team?

You will work closely with the project team to provide estimates, create detailed plans and shape project roadmaps for future upgrades to the X3 landscape. X3 is a product undergoing major transformation, so there are exciting opportunities to build your expertise and develop your career. You will:

        Establish project deliverables for upgrades

        Take responsibility for service delivery

        Troubleshoot issues and escalate user requests

        Contribute to process reviews and service delivery improvements


There is so much opportunity to learn and develop here. You must have:

        Proven ability to liaise between technical/non-technical teams

        Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

        Strong communication skills English and Polish, as well as the ability to build good relationships

        Organisation and a delivery focus, even under pressure

        Experience with ERP and CRM platform

        Knowledge of SQL server

        Strong administration support experience

        Beneficial to know the following technologies: Java / Node.js / .NET and MongoDB

The IT Global Delivery Centre is a first for Sage. We are creating a shared services unit in Warsaw that will change how we provide IT services to our internal users.
