Overview

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be part of the CBC Marketing team based in the Sage head office in Leopardstown. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects via telephone, email, social media etc with a view to developing their interest in Sage Live, our core Cloud Financials Solution for scale up enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritising prospect lists by researching company details through various sources.
  • Contacting prospective customers by telephone, email and social channels on a daily basis.
  • Influencing customers to buy services and merchandise.
  • Following internal processes to document conversations and pass warm leads to sales teams.
  • Providing feedback to the campaign managers on different lead sources and quality of data.
  • Working closely with sales teams to improve processes and optimise results.
  • Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years call centre experience in sales or customer service role in the IT industry.
  • Ability to motivate stakeholders while working in a team environment.
  • A good communicator.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines but able to deliver results in the correct manner, through good management and planning
  • Educated to degree level (preferable)
  • Comfortable working with systems including Salesforce and MS Office
