Sage is seeking Customer Support Technicians to be part of the growing Customer Support Team. You will support our Payroll and Accounts customers. Candidates must be eager to learn, agile, multi-tasking self-starters.You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills.


  • Deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience
  • Provide world-class software support to Sage customers through multiple channels (telephone, email, webchat / webex)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and queries
  • Track all calls on our CRM system recording accurate call comments
  • Ensure targets are met in line with current global business goals
  • Generate sales leads


  • Customer Service skills (face-to-face / digitally)
  • Previous experience in a customer services / Contact Centre environment an advantage


  • Analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise is required
  • While all training will be provided, knowledge of payroll / accounts would be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office, PC navigation skills essential
  • Minimum of a BSc degree (essential)
