Providing them with the right software and knowledge for their business to thrive, you’ll take every opportunity to develop and expand strategic relationships, tapping into new and existing tactics to get the best results.

 

By ensuring the focus is on our Partners, you'll create strong lasting relationships and help our Partners and Sage thrive.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:


• Meeting Partners regularly, using the opportunity to update them on all Sage products and strategy implementations to help them feel valued and engaged;

• Acting as a Growth Coach for your Partners - enabling them to achieve their business goals;

• Updating our Partners on their performance, getting to grips with their business model and making suggestions based on their existing model;

• Internal networking to ensure the best presentation of Sage to Partners;
• Building and managing the relationship with the Partner as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for Partners within Sage;
• Managing sales cycles – involving multiple Sage products and decision makers through strategic planning and consequently securing the appropriate resources;
• Monitoring goals set by Partner and Sage to increase partner productivity.

Qualifications

You’ll be a Sage ambassador through and through, focusing on sharing the Sage story with our partners and using your knowledge to gain revenue and strengthen reputation. In order to succeed you must have:

  • Extensive Partner/Channel relationship management;
  • A Growth Coach mentality;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
  • An influencer mind-set, with the ability to network internally to get the best results for your Partners.
