The Creative Director is a key leadership role located in our Newcastle creative services office, responsible for the development and execution of creative strategies and programs, including look and feel across all marketing, media, and programs associated with the organization.


The perfect candidate is a natural born leader, inspiring internal Brand Lab creative services colleagues, internal Sage clients and many external marketing partners including vendors and agencies, with visionary thinking and persuasive, dynamic presentation skills.

This position will support the VP, Creative Director, provide guidance and management of the Sage brand expression to direct reports and colleagues, helping bring it to life through content creation, design, photography and video to achieve revenue goals.




This person is responsible for helping manage, develop, and lead a regional team including an art director, copywriter, and new media designer in the service of delivering regional projects. This position will help execute projects including: corporate materials, brand and demand campaigns, partner/sales materials and global initiatives across traditional and digital tactics.


  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, visual communications or equivalent in a related field
  • Significant experience conceptualizing and producing digital, OOH, print, broadcast for major brands, with major media budgets
  • Strong in program management execution, results driven, and ability to hold team accountable for end results setting appropriate milestones along the way to validate progress
  • Conceptual abilities in both creative and logical presentation of ideas and messages
  • Expert understanding of product brand life-cycles and purchasing behavior (both consumer and business)
  • Experience developing multi-channel and multi-tactic campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Outstanding post-production guidance/contributions across all communication executions
