Overview

To drive sales of Sage EasyPay and xxx (products) through calling on new potential customers and nurturing needs with local small enterprises. Responsible for the follow-up on leads from marketing campaigns and trial downloads from Sage website to engage new customers in their feedback and product experience in order to develop the pipeline for license sales.

Responsibilities

 

  • Actively track and follow up with users’ interests after downloading of trial versions of products
  • Nurture leads to result in sales through understanding of users’ needs and challenges to address and recommend on an appropriate solution using Sage’s suite of products
  • Close partnership with Sage Asia internal teams including Inside Sales, Presales and Services to build account and opportunity strategy where necessary
  • Drive timely resolution of users’ issues during trial period by working with the Customer Service team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure Account and Opportunities are updated in Sales CRM System

Qualifications

 

Must have:

  • At least Diploma in IT or business management
  • At least 3 years of local sales experience
  • Understands business management software and/or ERP systems
  • Experience in cold calling and lead development

 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in local software/ERP markets
  • Experience in technology field selling into the startups and small business segment
