Overview

Reporting to Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible delivering the tactics articulated in the customer experience framework

Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue performance and operational outcomes in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Manager, Customer Success, including risk and opportunity analysis
  • Ensure that customers experience exceptional service levels by proactively liaising with other internal departments to solve problems and provide seamless support
  • Maintain and optimise the software support & maintenance administration processes and systems
  • Correctly and fully use business systems and platforms, e.g. CRM, lead discovery
  • Deliver against operations business plan to ensure that performance metrics are met for your assigned customer segment
  • Maintain methods of monitoring customer success, including early warning system
  • Other duties as required from time to time

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Experience managing own performance to budget and forecast
  • Results oriented and highly organised
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Strong adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders under pressure and at different levels
  • 2 years experience working in an organisation selling ERP, Payroll, HRIS or Accounting software

Preferred:

  • Experience with NPS
  • Experience working with Channel Partners
  • Experience in a sales role
