Localise and execute sell-through strategies with channel partners to drive volume business for our start-up/small business (SSB) products, as well as grow SSB partner community in the key countries to fuel our growth ambition.


  • Work closely with SSB team and channel partners (i.e. resellers, accountants, alliance partners, associations etc.) to plan, develop and execute channel marketing programs to drive volume business for our SSB products
  • Track and measure program performance using available metrics and report progress against goals and ROI.  Recommend areas for improvement/optimisation post-event/campaign
  • Implement recruitment campaigns to support the SSB team in achieving their partner recruitment targets
  • Manage partner MDF / incentives allocation for SSB partners and ensure the funds are appropriately utilised showing appropriate ROIs
  • Manage the Partner Incentive Portal to ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of messaging and content
  • Liaise with in local campaign managers to repurpose and “templatise” existing campaigns for partners to support their own demand generation activities
  • Enable our SSB partners to effectively promote Sage and Sage SSB solutions by ensuring artefacts, resources and supporting materials are readily available and accessible
  • Manage all Partner-led initiatives and partner communications targeting SSB segment
  • Support SSB partners with marketing-related queries
  • Other duties as required from time to time


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a channel marketing or B2B marketing role
  • Experience in developing and executing channel marketing programs
  • Strong planning, organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on deadlines and targets
  • Knowledge of industry, sector or small business market
  • Experience working in a global technology organisation
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Hubspot etc)
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
