The UX Content Strategist allows for usable content to be created, published, and governed. As the UX Content Strategist in our Experience Design team, you will take a leadership role in shaping the digital content strategy for Sage products and services that aligns with business objectives and end user needs.


You are a standout problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. You have design sensibility and can envision how content of all forms can be presented and distributed.

  • Drive globalization strategy for Sage applications and services
  • Drive technical documentation strategies for end-user and developer audiences
  • Drive UX writing best practices and content-first design with UX designers and researchers
  • Drive language and voice and tone guidelines for in-product micro-copy and messaging
  • Develop and implement SEO plans
  • Create and maintain style guides, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks
  • Lead content audits, gap analyses, and content migration plans
  • Define and develop metrics to align content work with strategic goals
  • Analyze, and lead with data
  • Drive editorial process and content governance
  • Research and implement content management and localization tools
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars
  • Evaluate and develop content strategies, including policies and procedures, information architecture, and taxonomies for content in-product, online, and in Sage communities


  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • A firm understanding of user experience, and completely at home working in an Experience Design team
  • Strong abilities in content other than copy, such as conversational UI, video, infographics
  • Commerical experience as a content strategist for a software-based company
