This role provides support to Sales Leadership team on all sales planning and compensation. This role will provide support to Sales leadership team in project managing all aspects of strategic sales planning, predictive analysis and performance/compensation tracking. This role will work closely and backup Sales Analyst for reporting and analysis.


  • Work closely with senior sales leadership and the Sales Operations Director to
  • project manage strategic sales planning, including developing and execution of planning process
  • Develop and implement planning process
  • provide data analysis support
  • Support with sales leaders for Quota Management and Sales Compensation
  • Backup to Sales Ops Analyst for reporting and analysis
  • Work with departments across functional areas and business units to identify best practices. Work to remove any operational/organizational barriers that may impede success of the team
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company


  • Bachelor' degree or master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience  
  • 3+ years of prior sales support and/or sales experience  
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and Report creation/generation
  • Prior software model reporting experience.  
  • Prior experience with process, policies, and procedures development



Prior sales planning, quota management and sales reporting experience.
