  • Deliver regular and consistent revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics
  • Working with sales and sales management to identify potential gaps in solutions that could be remedied with a potential ISV offering
  • Researching and engaging with prospective ISVs (locally and globally) to ultimately become a Sage ISV
  • Manage Sage Developer Partner program from a local perspective whilst engaging with the global Sage DPP teams
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Partner Sales Manager, including risk and opportunity analysis
  • Develop operating plans and work closely with partner to allocate leads, develop pipeline and ensure they generate their own leads to meet revenue objectives in line with the global Sage Partner Program
  • Achieve growth of business partner revenues, maximising sales conversion ratios according to performance metrics within assigned region
  • Generate own leads independently and support initiatives outlined in the operating plan  
  • Maintain accurate, timely data in Salesforce CRM relating to lead generation and sales activities


  • 5+ years of account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Proactivity and ownership - must be able to anticipate opportunities, change and challenges, and take ownership of projects and tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with and amending contracts and contract negotiation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and in matrix-oriented situations
  • Preferred:
  • Previous experience working ISVs within an ERP/ business management software environment
