The Product Performance Analyst will support all activity in the team by collecting and analysing the data that shows how our propositions are performing and how we might accelerate performance overall. This will require collaboration across the business (sales operations, finance, marketing operations) to get an end-to-end understanding of performance at each stage of the customer journey and will need someone with a head for handling a variety of complex and interacting data.


The Product Performance Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining and progressing the suite of reporting that lets  the Product team make data-driven decisions and drive better outcomes for customers and the business.


  • Support the superb execution of GTM plans
  • Develop relationships with systems owners to build MI required to support tracking of in-flight performance versus forecast
  • Provide insight to Product team on MI and data to support decision making 
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support decision making
  • Support interpretation on MI with appropriate commentary
  • Lead the Product team’s contribution to all data processes (forecasting and budgeting for example) in partnership with Commercial Director
  • Track end-to-end product performance and identify improvement opportunities to drive greater commercial return
  • Support all Product activities where data and understanding will yield improved performance


  • Ability to identify trends and behaviours from sets of complex data
  • Proven analytical capabilities, thinking through complex information in an agile manner
  • Ability to translate numerical data into language that can be easily understood by all
  • Strong commercial management skills
  • Understanding of software sales across all sales channels
  • Experience/familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle
  • Creative thinker who can follow data and insight to understand root causes
  • Team player
