As the Enterprise Marketing Manager for Sage, Northern Europe., you will help plan, build and execute campaigns to accelerate customer demand for our X3 Business Management Software to enable Mid-Market, high-growth businesses to regain control, build agility and achieve their ambition - while simultaneously developing your brand as an expert in our space.
Your new role will be aligned to Sales and their goals for cross-selling, Customer Success and Brand Adoption. You will use your hands-on experience of building and launching industry-leading campaigns coupled with your specialist knowledge of what marketing techniques and channels a successful sales operation needs to use to engage, inspire and influence our target customer base.
As Sage’s Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will directly contribute to the overall success of our leading Field Marketing function, and where with your help we will plan and locally execute campaigns in Northern Europe, you will be responsible for:
Not everyone can be an Enterprise Marketing Manager at Sage. To be seriously considered for the role, we are looking for
Experience: At least three years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (ERP/SAAS or software background, preferred).
Skills: Proven competence in marketing and communications, including brand building, taking a set of core messages and transforming them to form suitable for a wide variety of audiences, selecting which media to use. (Press and PR, direct marketing, digital marketing, social media, database marketing, campaign creation, execution, and monitoring). Analytic skills – must be comfortable working with data – create program performance reports in Eloqua; derive insights and use them to optimise program performance, budget management, and ROI
Characteristics: Highly results-driven, customer-centric, collaborative, and experienced campaigns professional, who is confident, friendly and comfortable working with people at all levels.
