Deliver and execute a best in class Social Media strategy for our country social communities.


Fixed term contract: 12 months


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:


  • Determining and executing the Global social strategy in the country, in alignment with regional execution.
  • Providing guidance to local and global stakeholders on social strategy; governing local adherence and providing regular reporting to support this cadence.
  • Creating and executing a local editorial calendar that delivers fresh, useful, compelling and innovative content aligned with the global content calendar.
  • Identifying, and engaging with key local social media communities.
  • Identifying, building and managing a community of external influencers.
  • Coordinating paid social activities with the social marketing team and taking the lead on boosting high performing organic social content to build and nurture audiences.
  • Steering the social selling initiative for the internal stakeholders.
  • Providing support for sales teams for Social selling, through providing supporting materials, tracking via the CRM and planning & delivering trainings
  • Establish relevant hashtags, platforms, forums to increase conversations and share of voice locally
  • Communicate and socialise strategy across internal stakeholders
  • Creating and Managing the Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn social media profiles.
  • Driving social employee advocacy through running Social trainings, competitions and enablement programs.


Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:


  • Must have 5 years of social media profiles management
  • Must Have Experience in building a network of influencers
  • Preferred Experience in using Social Bakers solutions
  • Preferred Experience in using Social Studio suite from Salesforce
  • Preferred Experience in using Chatter
  • Experience in driving social employee advocacy
  • Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
