Overview

Responsibilities

By putting everything into managing your team of Senior Account Managers selling X3, you’ll be in a position to grow this area of the business and make it your own. Within this role, you will:

 

  • Acquire, develop, lead, manage and motivate your Sales team to deliver operational goals, service commitments to customers and an exceptional customer experience;
  • Coach and develop the knowledge, skills and experience of individuals and your wider team;
  • Adapt your management style to allow your team to achieve, without monitoring their every move;
  • Be accountable for recruiting your own team and hitting targets;
  • Inspire and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Produce effective forecasts and explain them efficiently to your team.

Qualifications

This is a role for an individual who knows how to manage, motivate and support a thriving team of experts. By constantly seeking ways to improve our approach, you’ll find ways to enhance the Sales experience and move with the times to keep at the forefront of innovation. In addition, you’ll have:

 

  • Experience selling in a new business application software sales (ERP, CRM, BI/Analytics/HCM or similar);
  • A management background, with a strong track record of managing people;
  • Cloud application software enterprise experience (preferred);
  • A strategy driven approach, with the ability to be decisive.
