Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager - Loyalty, your role will be to deliver on retention and reactivation KPIs by focusing on renewing or reactivating annual Software Assurance plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives and performance metrics, ensuring the achievement of revenue and activity targets
  • Proactively encourage retention and renewals within a defined base of customers
  • Work with the Telesales and Lead Generation team and Loyalty Team Leader to identify and educate ex-customers who present an opportunity for the re-activation of support and other initiatives where specialist training is needed
  • Ensure that customers experience success with their Sage product
  • Ensure the integrity of the CRM in relation to conversations, opportunities, tasks, and non-renewal details
  • Assist the Sales Manager - Loyalty to deliver initiatives outlined in the annual operating plan
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with other key internal stakeholders
  • Other duties as required from time to time

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years sales or renewals experience of payroll and/or HRIS and/or ERP support contracts
  • Experience in the use of a CRM system
  • Demonstrated ability to source and qualify opportunities
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Results orientated and highly organised
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Autonomous with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to build rapport and work constructively with all team members and senior colleagues
