This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity, but with Sage’s vision to grow, there is a strong chance this can be turned to a permanent position. There is free transport for all Sage employees from Dublin City Centre, making the morning commute painless and saving you money. As a Customer Sales Executive  you will develop extensive knowledge of our Sage products and services, and with it you’ll demonstrate a flair for selling and strengthening our customer relationships. You will add value to these relationships and make them your own. 


This will involve:
• Identifies and creates new qualified sales opportunities for the CFL Team while obtaining individual sales quotas.
• Over achieves against monthly sales quotas & key business metrics required
• Engages with customers via telephone and e-mail to analyse their needs and provide them with best in class business solutions from Sage
• Collaborates with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
• Maintains quality pipeline with an emphasis on scaling current opportunity
• Acts as a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
• Helps uncover and progress new deals and nurture existing opportunities
If you’re a confident solution-seller, with the drive to exceed monthly targets, whilst inspiring customers with bespoke solutions, this one is for you. Meeting and exceeding KPIS will be a real motivator for you; you won’t let them limit you but you will see them as a driving force. You must have:
• Experience of working in telesales in a B2B environment;
• A developed understanding of sales methodologies;
• Knowledge of CRM/ data management software (desirable);
• Experience in a SAAS/FAAS market (desirable);
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential.
