Responsibilities

  • Deliver regular and consistent revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Partner Sales Manager, including risk and opportunity analysis
  • Develop operating plans and work closely with partner to allocate leads, develop pipeline and ensure they generate their own leads to meet revenue objectives in line with the global Sage Partner Program
  • Achieve growth of business partner revenues, maximising sales conversion ratios according to performance metrics within assigned region
  • Generate own leads independently and support initiatives outlined in the operating plan
  • Maintain accurate, timely data in Salesforce CRM relating to lead generation and sales activities

 

Required Skills

  • Extensive, relevant experience of selling software gained within a major software vendor.
  • Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets and overachievement of sales.
  • A customer centric sales approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent presentation skills and credibility at all levels, including CxO
  • Track record of high performance in channel sales and partner sales environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of complex/technical product and/or solution sales
  • Experience selling mid-market ERP solutions in the Australian market will be highly regarded
