The Finance Business Partner Analyst acts as a trusted adviser, proactively engaging with senior business function leaders to provide strategic level finance decision support whilst driving and monitoring performance to minimise cost overruns.
Provide proactive commercial decision making advice and financial support for business activities Acting as the "shop window" of finance a owner of business relationships not processes
Advocate for finance and be key change agent within the finance organisation
Utilise insightful financial analysis to recommend actions and support or challenge business decisionsEnsure effective support and analysis for investment and spending decisions including ongoing reviews of return
Ensure excellence in governance and compliance with Sage policies and procedures Required skills and experience Accounting/commerce degree and CPA, CA or CIMA or similarly recognised accounting qualification
Current Professional Accounting body membership
Commercially aware with proven ability to build and drive strategy Strong business acumen to review and advise on investment appraisals
Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted business partner Ambitious, driven nature, able to operate in a high growth and fast paced environment The right candidate for this role will be focused on process improvement, and have experience of change management and managing multiple senior stakeholders within a matrix environment, ideally within a global organisation.
