• To contact key decision-makers in a focused number of medium-sized businesses for Malaysia and to generate interest in our business solutions.
• Prospecting new clients, introduce business management solutions and generate leads.
• To nurture interested contacts to the point that they are ready to pass to the sales team as a qualified opportunity
• Continuously learning on our applications/value proposition/differentiation in order to enhance conversations with prospects.
• To keep the CRM system updated with key information.


• Able to demonstrate their success in inside sales/tele prospecting and possess outstanding corporate communication skills
• Persistence and resourcefulness are also important if you’re to get through to, and engage with, busy senior people.
• A background in software sales would be highly desirable.
• Must has basic knowledge on software, ERP or business management solution.
• Hold an Honours degree within any related field of study. ( preferred those from business, IT & Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in one the following listed role:
                o Business Development/Lead Development
                o Business to business (B2B) Sales
                o Inside Sales/Outside Sales
                o Sales enablement center
                o Software related telesales
• Excellent phone etiquette, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills are essential
• Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
• Able to work independently in a fast paced changing environment
• Strong command of English and preferred those can communicated in other languages such as Cantonese and Mandarin.
