We are currently looking to hire a number of Inside Sales Consultant to work in our Chatswood office, to assist in the maximisation of revenue during quarter four. This role will see you generating training bookings, delivering on the tele-sales revenue KPIs which involve selling printed products, training courses etc to existing clients. You will be office based and calling existing customers on the phone.


The main responsibilities of this position include:-

  • Outbound calling to existing customers for a training campaign launch
  • Administration associated with sales processing
  • Revenue generation target attached





We are looking for individuals with the following skills/experiences:-

  • Prior experience working in a technology environment.
  • Experience in inside sales, sales or customer service in a business to business environment.
  • Strong verbal, phone, written communication skills, listening skills and attention to detail are highly valued as is a can-do attitude.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and make informed decisions with emphasis on getting results.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, persuasive, service-oriented and professional.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and multi-task efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Business Information systems; Payroll & HR, online accounting and practice management software will be considered favourably.
