Overview

Sage are looking for a someone to help drive our Social Selling across our sales teams and build lead generation through Social Selling.  The successful candidate will join Sage at an exciting time in its history and have a real opportunity to make a real difference in the business.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning Sage as the #1 in our space for Social Selling
  • Evangelising social selling across the company; communication regularly to ExCo and business leaders to drive buy-in, adoption and transformation
  • Driving a high amount of quality leads that can be directly attributed to social selling (at primary or secondary source)
  • Setting the strategy and executing the social selling programme with 1000 active sales people globally, including integration to sales strategies
  • Identifying and Share best practices, standards and metrics for social selling measurement with marketing teams globally.
  • Establishing an attribution model globally for social selling to ensure all performance can be monitored and optimised
  • Driving forward global projects in partnership with local marketing and leadership teams, to implement innovate plans to motivate teams and drive social selling success
  • Holding regular internal calls, meetings and broadcasts to educate teams on the benefits of social selling and best practices
  • Owning the relationship with LinkedIn for social selling, including contract renewals and negotiations
  • Putting in place the right tools and enablement support for the social selling programme.
  • Growing the Social Selling Index score for Sage teams and ensure that our efforts are an authentic reflection of our business and our people
  • KPIs are based on global performance of social selling for 1000 social sellers:(1 per quarter enterprise, 5 per month SMB/SSB)
  • High MQL generation for 1000 sales people: (1 per quarter enterprise, 5 per month SMB/SSB)
  • Driving an average SSI score across social selling teams: 70/100+
  • Driving connections with decision makers on social
  • Regular social sharing & published posts – all social sellers to become experts within their field/industry
  • Social selling contribution to lead nurture and won deals

Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
  • A social selling background is required and the ability to create an approach that differentiates Sage from the competition
  • Experience working at a global level on wide-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical, problem-solver, creative
  • Experience in sales desirable
  • Social qualification desirable
  • Degree in Business/English/Media/Marketing
