Technical Support Advisor (Accounts)

Newcastle – £18,250 + OTE


Career Development

After 9 months, you could be eligible for the Solutions Specialist role, where your basic salary could increase to £20,500.


Within this role you’ll become an “Accounts Guru” by getting it right every time for our customers!

As an Accounts Guru, you will empower our customers to succeed in business by advising on how they can get the most out of their current product, as well as educating on other software and services that will save them time and money. This expert support will be provided by phone, email or live chat.

  • Great questioning skills.
  • Commercially minded and willing to learn.
  • Previous technical support experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work towards targets which includes personal performance, customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
