Overview

Sage is seeking a number of multi-lingual Customer Support Technicians to be part of the growing Customer Support Team. You will support our Payroll and Accounts customers. Candidates must be eager to learn, agile, multi-tasking self-starters.

You will be bilingual in both Spanish & French and also have fluent English.  You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience
  • Provide world-class software support to Sage customers through multiple channels (telephone, email, webchat / webex)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and queries
  • Track all calls on our CRM system recording accurate call comments
  • Ensure targets are met in line with current global business goals
  • Generate sales leads

  • Applicants need to be fluent in English as well as fluent in Spanish & French.
