Overview

Onboarding. It’s what everyone’s been talking about and in this role you’ll own the execution for Sage Services. By designing, deploying and managing global onboarding programs, including the Sage Service Skills Induction you will enhance the Services activation, deployment and reach. But your role won’t end there. You’ll create a Services Competency framework to align hiring profiles, job descriptions, career path and Onboarding and Enablement programs. You’ll be the person that keeps everything together and ensures processes are optimised. In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Defining requirements, deploying and managing a Services Onboarding program;
  • Researching and analysing regions where these programs extend our reach;
  • Coordinating with recruitment on the intake and onboarding of new starters;
  • Developing and executing communication plans for building program awareness and participation.

  • Extensive experience in a Services/Learning/Education or Operations function;
  • Expertise in managing multiple concurrent projects;
  • An exceptional process mind-set and analytical skills.
