Sage are currently looking to hire a Lead Development Executive in Malaysia for Singapore and Malaysia market.


The main roles and responsibilities include:
• Provide guidance to team members and assist manager to execute the upsell or cross sell initiatives
• Identify potential upgrading and up selling opportunities within the company database
• Develop business in your assigned region by following up the Marketing inbound leads and cold-calling existing members in the database
• Lead by example by demonstrating the company core values and inspiring the culture of top performing team players
• Perform required sales administrative tasks (forecasting, account planning, etc.) regularly and on time
• Continuously learning on our applications/value proposition/differentiation in order to enhance conversations with prospects


What you need to have to qualify:
• You must have a desire to build a highly successful and effective sales team
• You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to lead and coach people
• University Degree
• 8+ years experience in one of the following listed
• Business Development/Lead Development
• Business to business (B2B) Sales
• Inside Sales/Outside Sales
• Sales enablement center
• Fluency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese languages is a must as this role covers North Asia region
• Able to demonstrate their success in inside sales/tele prospecting and possess outstanding corporate communication skills
• Interest or passion for Sustainability
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must has basic knowledge on software, ERP or business management solution
• Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
