As a Sales Representative – Renewals your finger will be on the pulse when it comes to enhancing our offering. From renewals right through to up sell opportunities, you’ll leave no stone unturned to maximise our service and the outcome for our customers. Your role will go beyond selling, you’ll utilise your knowledge to explore reinstatement opportunities and become a customer expert. In addition, you will: 

  • Proactively identify licence renewal opportunities with existing customers;
  • Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities by engaging with customers and exploring their needs;
  • Provide the correct solutions for the customer ensuring they get maximum ROI;
  • Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM (SFDC);
  • Support other functions of the CFL (Customer For Life) team such as Inside Sales Executive (New Business).

Your role will be ever-changing, so you’ll have to have the mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll welcome change and always look for ways to exceed the parameters of your role. In order to excel you will have:

  • Experience of working in renewals, cross sell & up sell;
  • Proven ability to exceed targets;
  • A willingness to learn and support the wider CFL team;
  • Third level education or equivalent business experience.

Our Sage Dublin office is situated just 13 kilometres south of the city centre. To take the hassle out of the daily commute, we provide a free bus service from the city centre.
