If you are an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for your next challenge Sage could be the place for you. At our Manchester office in Salford Quays we are currently recruiting Payroll Administrators for our global outsource operation. Sage are the market leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems and this is an amazing opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast paced environment, with large retail clients. This is an opportunity to really make a difference to our customers.



Here at Sage you will be responsible for processing, reconciliation and management of a portfolio of monthly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls. In your role you will maintain accurate records to assist with monthly invoicing, reconciliations and both internal and external audits. A big part of your role will be to respond to all customer issues and queries in a professional manner and within agreed timescales, as per their SLA’s.

Customers are at the heart of what we do and you will always put your customers first and your previous PAYE knowledge and experience will help you to succeed and thrive in the role. This is a fast paced environment and is ideal if you love to manage your own time and build client relationships. Any experience of BACS and Snowdrop KCS would be great but it’s not essential.


As we are committed as an organisation to promoting a great work-life balance, the working hours for these roles are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
