  To enable the business to achieve its goals through tag management and analytic solutions. Implement and troubleshoot tag management and analytics strategy. Ensure ongoing quality control, optimisation and governance compliance.


  • Set and maintain the back end system (Tealium)
  • Tag Management – Global implementation, execution, oversight and troubleshooting of tag management. Managing continuous improvement process,
  • Ensure error free execution of tags and containers. Work with dedicated dev teams and IT to create end maintain gated release process.
  • Own and maintain global data layer. Implement best industry practices. Work with dev and IT teams on execution and maintenance. Ensure continuous quality improvement,
  • Design, configure and maintain analytics platform across all web properties.
  • Support and enhance  web analytics and tag management products across multiple platforms, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our business
  • Own the technical specifications, their delivery to the development teams and testing the new implementations.
  • Support and enhance analytics and tag management products across multiple platforms, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our business
  • Liaise with technical teams to manage or troubleshoot the implementation of enterprise web analytics technology
  • Execution of the global tag management system in Sage and management of the rules, events and exclusions within.
  • Creation and management of data layer templates.

Liaising with internal & external dev teams to create and maintain dynamic data layer.


  • Strong analytical mind set and skills, specifically demonstrating excellent problem solving skills
  • Significant, demonstrable experience with Tag Management systems, particularly, Google Tag Manager, Enterprise tag management - Tealium,
  • Good working knowledge of javascript (from tagging and tracking perspective), 3-4 years of hands on experience,
  • Advanced web analytics knowledge (Google Analytics + other platforms beneficial),
  • Understanding of data layer implementation and usage,
  • Experience and understanding of media tagging setups and operations.
  • Experience in multi market website operations across multiple domain structures
  • Demonstrable understanding of data relationships across platforms for downstream alignment and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention for detail.
