To enable the business to achieve its goals through tag management and analytic solutions. Implement and troubleshoot tag management and analytics strategy. Ensure ongoing quality control, optimisation and governance compliance.


  • Digital data quality assurance, availability and system requirements
  • Data Processing – implementation, execution and oversight of the global data processing standards and pipelines,
  • Data Collection – Set global standards for implementation, execution and oversight of tag management on the global level,
  • Stack Management – Global collection of data points, execution and oversight of continuous monitoring of data quality. Managing continuous improvement process,
  • Design, configure and maintain analytics platform across all web properties.
  • Support and enhance web analytics and tag management products across multiple platforms, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our business
  • Own the technical specifications, their delivery to the development teams and testing the new implementations.
  • Support and enhance analytics and tag management products across multiple platforms, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of our business
  • Liaise with technical teams to manage or troubleshoot the implementation of enterprise web analytics technology
  • Creation and management of the health check system, monitoring and alerts.
  • Drive setup and refinement of Sage end-to end analytics data requirements for web performance (metrics, goals, targets and KPIs).
  • Audience segmentation of users through site engagement, 1st and 3rd party data layering and user inferred details.


  • Strong analytical mind set and skills, specifically demonstrating excellent problem solving skills
  • Significant, demonstrable experience with Tag Management systems, particularly, Google Tag Manager, Enterprise tag management - Tealium,
  • Advanced web analytics knowledge (Google Analytics + other platforms beneficial),
  • Understanding of data layer implementation and usage,
  • Experience and understanding of media tagging setups and operations.
  • Experience in multi market website operations across multiple domain structures
  • Demonstrable understanding of data relationships across platforms for downstream alignment and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention for detail.
  • Understanding of how to extract intelligence from raw data for shaping sophisticated and insightful web analytics.
  • Experience of merging digital data with other sources,
  • Good working knowledge of ETL,
  • Demonstrable experience with SQL,
  • Python data analysis and manipulation experience desirable but not essential,
