Sage is seeking a technically minded French speaking Customer Success Coach to be part of the growing Customer Success Team.  In this role you will be responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of our platform for our customers.  You will assist them in achieving their business goals and finding the most value for their investment in the Sage Live product.  As they transition from their prior solution to Sage Live, you will communicate their requirements throughout the Sage organization.  Ultimately, you are the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate, with the goal of creating a customer for life.

Responsibilities

You goal will be to ensure that, towards the end of a license term, customers are ready to renew. During that journey, you will:

  • Engage and inform;
  • Provide training and drive adoption;
  • Deliver high quality technical support.
  • Work on assigned portfolio of SMB customers throughout various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Understand and translate our new customer’s business model and goals for using the Sage Live platform.
  • Implement, integrate and train customers on utilizing the Sage Live platform to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Consult customers around best in SMB accounting, cloud technology, and automation.
  • Provide support during the sales process to assist in closing new business.

 

Qualifications

Must have:

We’re looking for people who can really partner with clients, maximizing opportunities, driving cross-selling, creating best-in-class customer experiences. A proven track record in managing and owning Top Tier customer accounts is essential, supported by knowledge of any of the following:

 

  • Salesforce 201 & or Salesforce 401
  • Microsoft Qualifications
  • Web Based Technology knowledge
  • Programming languages such as SQL or C++
  • AppExchange and PRINCE2;
  • Complex technical implementations.
  • Software instillation
  • Fluent in either French is essential
