Overview

Sage is transforming its digital experiences and to accelerate the transformation into a truly global, integrated and customer centric digital organisation. We are looking for a program manager to execute several programs to achieve this. This includes marketing programs to launch new digital experiences, integration of acquisitions and the program management of one of our biggest partner relationships with Google. Google are helping us to implement a leapfrog strategy to reflect a unique competitive advantage globally. This role is accountable for delivering the initiatives documented in our ‘Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Google which are a strategic imperative for Sage. The successful candidate will be expected to work with Google to execute the JBP but also identify new areas to innovate on both sides.

Responsibilities

  • Defining & driving the successful launch of new digital experiences around the world.
  • Delivering the goals in our Google partnership based around our Joint Business Plan (JBP) including:
    • Transformation; Driving Measurement at Sage & the establishment of new KPI's. Champion digital education driving Adwords Certification across key marketing stakeholders
    • Activation: of google innovations for our web & media strategies.
    • Thought leadership – Drive Insights from Google & the dissemination across the Sage marketing org & integrating into Sage Global Planning & Marketing Execution
    • Innovation – in Sage’s products through closer development & access to Google platforms. In Sages marketing EG via YouTube partnership.
    • Events – co-speaking across one another’s platforms Sage Summit, Google events.
    • Identify relevant stakeholders per initiative and ensure accountability and understanding of the goal and benefit of the project.
  • Potentially other digital projects related to partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Excellent program management skills: definition, business case justification, communication, driving execution across functions and companies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing across all channels.
  • Google Products and Programs (Certified) EG AdWords & Google Analytics.
  • Good understand of Google certification program and measurement
  • Relationship builder who can drive programs across multiple companies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners/agencies Great communicator to promote the plans, activity & results.
  • Ability to think strategically, and positively influence business direction.

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • Degree 
  • Google Certification: AdWords, Analytics, G-Suite.
