A super exciting opportunity for an experienced Planning Manager to join our leading Field Marketing team.
With your help, our Field Marketing function will drive demand and revenue in the region through the creation of powerful and compelling marketing campaigns that inspire prospects and customers to take action. Stepping back, there needs to be analysis, facts and insights which inform our marketing decisions and actions, enabling us to best target and nurture the right prospects at the right time, with the right message, and through the right channels.
You will assist the Regional Marketing teams to deeply understand the market, and grow market share, revenues and lifetime value through the best set of marketing actions that can be taken in light of that knowledge.
We will measure success by your ability to develop the regional marketing plan, which clearly outlines our detailed marketing actions throughout the customer lifecycle and ensures this activity is sufficient to achieve all of our business plan goals. Importantly, this detailed plan will be based on facts and insights gained from our customer and prospect behaviour, and incorporate channel cost and effectiveness, marketing ROI, and other key measures such as churn and customer lifetime value into optimising the final mix of marketing activity and spend. The plan should also include all the necessary information on target audience, persona, proposition, channel, message, action, and associated marketing spend, yielding a marketing calendar of activity on a rolling 18 month basis. Also you will effectively develop annual and quarterly forecasts and reviews, aligned to Sage’s internal business management cycle.
