Overview

A really exciting opportunity where you are responsible for developing and nurturing the partners with a goal to improve the partner marketing efforts to grow the overall funnel. You will localise and implement Global demand generation campaigns and co-branded campaigns through selected partners in the country. You will effectively employ localised campaigns to recruit partners and support the sales team developing and deploying smart marketing plans through managed partners. You will cover all products and all segments within Country and all or a selection of partner segments depending on the country size and volume of partners.

Responsibilities

  • You will localise and deploy global demand generation campaigns through partners, developing co-branded campaigns with selected partners.
  • Implement recruitment campaigns and programmes to support the partner recruitment goals
  • Developing smart marketing plans with key partners (mainly Gold and Platinum partners and Independent Software Vendor Rockstars) to grow the funnel to reach new customer acquisition ambitions and our existing customers too
  • You will ensure integrated and coordinated approach with other marketing activities in country
  • Review and approve marketing activities proposed by partners; ensure brand guidelines are applied by partners. 
  • Liaise with partners on a one to few or one to many approach and act as a trusted advisor in terms of Marketing tactics
  • You will coach partners to develop a results-based marketing approach, raising the level of qualification of leads and increase the conversion rates
  • Negotiate pricing of marketing activities provided by partners and agencies
  • Develop and maintain the campaign calendar for through partners activities and ensure all partner marketing activities are included in the local country calendar
  • Manage a marketing budget by project / by partner, providing up to date and accurate status of the budget position and forecast
  • Ensure cost per MQL fits the guidelines defined by Marketing Operations
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting about marketing activities through partners and to partners

Qualifications

  • You will be a rock-star in this area!
  • Ability to develop strategic plans with Partners to meet objectives
  • Super-star experience in implementing successful marketing programs and tactics with high ROI in a high tech company
  • Proven experience in lead management and funnel management
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with different types of partners and external vendors
  • Great ability to negotiate marketing purchases with external third parties (Partners and agencies)
  • Experience and understanding of the dynamics and operations of indirect channels
  • Exceptionally deadline and target driven, effective planner
  • Ability to understand and communicate the strategic initiatives of Sage
  • Experience of “high touch account based marketing” is desirable.
  • Marketing Qualification or equivalent experience up to Masters level
